Anxious to be able to guarantee you a quality service during this difficult period, we maintain all our activity at a distance. However, in the face of a considerable influx of enquiries, we thank you for being indulgent with our advisers.
In this unprecedented context, in order to face exceptional human and economic challenges, Mr Lemoyne, Secretary of State for Tourism, announced on 17 March 2020 by decree a vast plan to support the tourism industry. The decree allows tourism stakeholders to not immediately reimburse the service and to encourage postponement.

Priority" departures before 31 May included
In accordance with the above instructions, we propose you to postpone your cruise to a later date. We recommend that you stop this date as soon as possible, so that you can benefit from the best proposals. If you already have dates to postpone your future cruise, you can communicate them to us by email with the reference of your cruise.
Departures from June 1st to June 30th*
Priority is given to departures before May 31th. But if you already have dates to postpone for your future cruise, you can communicate them to us by email with the reference of your cruise. Valid only if the rental has been paid in full.
Departures after July 1st*
It's too early, we're in a thick fog. Contact us during May.

Anjou and Charente: awaiting written confirmation as to whether navigation can be resumed from 11/05 (date of end of containment announced to date by the French government)
Brittany: this morning we received an email from the region announcing a resumption of sailing on 5/06; if the date could be brought forward, the region would let us know as soon as possible.
The broker CSA and Groupama have agreed the following:
- The bond redemption will be postponed at no extra charge for your next departure.
- Cancellation insurance is valid under the terms of the contract (hospitalization or death due to Covid-19 among others) but will end on the day the contract is postponed. You will be able to take out a new cancellation contract for your next departure, only after October 1.
