For centuries, Cologne Cathedral has been the emblem of the Rhine metropolis and Germany’s most famous architectural monument. After Ulm Cathedral, it is the second-largest religious building in Europe. Inside is the Shrine of the Three Kings, said to house the relics of the three wise men from the East. It is for this reason that the three crowns appear on the city’s coat of arms.
During a guided walk, you’ll discover Cologne’s charm, blending historical heritage with contemporary architecture. You’ll also enjoy a tasting of a glass of Kölsch, the city’s traditional beer.

Enjoy your visit to this charming little town and don’t miss the opportunity to explore Siegfried’s Mechanical Music Museum. Located in the Brömser Hof, a former knight’s residence dating from the 15th century, this museum displays approximately 350 automatic musical instruments spanning three centuries.
During a guided tour lasting about an hour, you’ll discover orchestrions, barrel organs, and other inventions designed to record and mechanically reproduce music. You’ll also enjoy a glass of wine while admiring these fascinating musical creations from days gone by. You’ll reach the museum aboard the “Winzerexpress.”.

At the end of the 19th century, the Trinity Church (Dreifaltigkeitskirche) was still described as an “unattractive late Rococo-style building.” Today, it is considered a remarkable example of late Baroque artistic synthesis.
