Dubrovnik
Encircled by high ramparts overlooking the Adriatic, Dubrovnik, the former Ragusa, is considered... more+ one of the jewels of world heritage.
Founded by the Greeks of Epidaurus, it was settled by Slavic tribes as early as the 7th century under the protection of Byzantium. In the 12th century, the city developed a political structure and proclaimed itself a Republic in 1358. For over three centuries, the Republic of Dubrovnik dominated Adriatic trade. Noble families and merchants built magnificent palaces, and the city flourished with churches and monasteries.
In the 17th century, a devastating earthquake destroyed the city. Rebuilt in pure Baroque style, Dubrovnik now boasts many palaces, squares, churches, and patrician houses that contribute to its splendor.
Day at leisure to explore Dubrovnik on your own or join optional excursions. Full board on board.
OPTIONAL: DISCOVER MONTENEGRO (full-day with lunch)
Price per person: €150 in 2025 / €160 in 2026

Departure by coach for a panoramic tour of the Bay of Kotor. Stop in Perast, a village nestled in a fjord, still home to several baroque mansions reflecting its rich past. The Church of Saint Nicholas, built in the 17th-century Baroque style, has the tallest bell tower in the Bay of Kotor.
Board a private boat to explore the two islets opposite: Saint George Island, planted with cypresses and surrounding the remains of a 12th-century Byzantine monastery, and Our Lady of the Rocks, born of a legend. The church features baroque paintings by Tripo Kokolja, a renowned Baroque painter from Perast.
Continue to Kotor, a small medieval town shaped by Byzantine and Venetian influences and now a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Cathedral of Saint Tryphon is the finest example of Romanesque architecture on the Adriatic coast.
Lunch at a restaurant and free time in Kotor. Return to Dubrovnik.
