Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy a horse-drawn... more+ carriage ride to the Temple of Edfu, located further inland (alternative transportation is available upon request). This temple dedicated to the falcon god Horus is both the largest temple of the Ptolemaic dynasty and the second-largest sanctuary in Egypt after Karnak. Inside, the intact paintings, inscriptions, and reliefs make it the best-preserved temple in Egypt. Return to the boat, lunch, and sail upriver to Kom Ombo. Visit the temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris. Built on a hill by three Ptolemies, the temple is surrounded by a wall covered with reliefs. Inside, the space is divided into two parts: the northern section dedicated to Haroeris, the falcon-headed god, and the southern section to Sobek, the crocodile god. Return to the boat and sail to Aswan. Dinner and night on board.

Begun by... more+ Pharaoh Nectanebo I during Dynasty 30 and completed by the Romans, this is the main sanctuary dedicated to Isis. After lunch, take a felucca trip around Elephantine Island and discover the local shops, then depart for the High Dam and the unfinished obelisk. The Aswan region, rich in schist, alabaster and pink granite found only in this part of Egypt, provided the stone blocks for the pyramids, statues and colossi built by the pharaohs. In the granite quarry you'll find the tallest obelisk known to date (41.75m), which was abandoned due to a crack in the rock. Dinner and overnight on board. Unfinished obelisk
The Unfinished Obelisk of Aswan is an impressive remnant located in an ancient granite quarry in Upper Egypt. Commissioned during the reign of Queen Hatshepsut, it was intended to be the largest obelisk ever constructed, reaching about 42 meters in height and... more+ weighing an estimated 1,200 tons. However, a crack that appeared during the carving process halted the work, leaving the monument incomplete and still attached to the bedrock.
Today, the site provides a unique insight into the working methods of ancient Egyptian stonecutters. Visitors can observe extraction techniques, tool marks, and the monumental logistics involved in creating such structures.
