Morning cruise on the Rhône.

Attend a lecture: “Provence, Land of Flavors: Gastronomy and... more+ Traditions.” A culinary journey exploring iconic local products and the seasonal festivals associated with them. Then enjoy a Provençal aperitif. Over local specialties and carefully selected wines, you’ll share an authentic experience as you cruise along the Rhône.
Optional excursion: visit the Petit Palais, Avignon’s version of the Louvre. A former 14th-century cardinal’s residence, it retains its elegant architecture, perfectly integrated into the heart of the historic center. You’ll discover an exceptional collection of Renaissance paintings.
Return on board for dinner and continue cruising toward Arles, which you’ll reach in the evening.
Gypsy Evening on board. You’ll be captivated by the rhythms of the guitar and the spirited Gypsy dances.

Afternoon sailing to Martigues.
Free time in Martigues. This typically Mediterranean town has inspired the greatest artists. Along its canals, quays and bridges, visitors can discover the charm and rich cultural heritage of this "Venice of Provence", where art and history coexist.

Join us for a fun and friendly experience featuring activities centered on Provence, its traditions, heritage, and iconic flavors, followed by a gourmet tasting of Montélimar nougat.
In the afternoon, an optional excursion: the Château de Simiane. Formerly the residence of the Princes of Monaco, it stands out with its elegant silhouette in the heart of the Enclave des Papes. You’ll explore rooms steeped in history and admire its medieval and Renaissance architecture. The interiors evoke the life of the nobility and the castle’s strategic role over the centuries. The collections and documents on display trace the evolution of the site and its occupants. The Marquise de Sévigné, the famous 17th-century letter-writer, stayed there on several occasions and left behind writings that describe local aristocratic life.

Its collections feature masterpieces of Italian and Provençal painting from the 13th and 15th centuries, including numerous works from the papal period. Inside, you’ll find bright rooms arranged around inner courtyards, offering a peaceful and refined setting for contemplating the artworks.
