Gaspé is a city at the tip of the Gaspé Peninsula in eastern Quebec in the Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine and the MRC of La Côte-de-Gaspé, Canada.

The language spoken in the town of Gaspé is predominantly French. According to Statistics Canada, of the approximately 14,800 people resident in Gaspé is a little over 9,000 people who are registered as unilingual francophones. However, the community has a significant rate of bilingual people about 31%.
