In addition to visiting the old town perched on a narrow, tall limestone promontory shaped by the sea and wind, you can easily navigate along the Straits of Bonifacio, up along the west coast with its many bays (Porto, Sagone, Ajaccio), headlands and inlets, and discover the many often inaccessible from the ground cracks, except the price of a long walk through the bush.
You can also navigate to the Lavezzi Islands and Porto-Vecchio to thirty miles or go to Sardinia.
