Since Croatia's independence, the island has slowly begun to open up to the outside world. Some of Europe's greatest naval battles took place in the waters around Vis. The island of Vis is home to many historic streets, and we will explore the history of Vis in military Land Rover Defenders. Overnight in one of the ports on the island of Vis.

You will see many of the town's historical sites, such as St. Stephen's Square and the Cathedral, the Arsenal with the theater built on its first floor, the first municipal theater in Europe.
