Early morning departure for Kornati National Park (entrance fee included), which comprises around a... more+ hundred islands, islets, and reefs. The mainland accounts for only a quarter of the park’s total area; the rest consists of a marine ecosystem. The ruins of the ancient Illyrian fortress, Roman villas, the ancient Christian Church of St. Mary, and medieval fortresses and villages add to the island’s rich heritage. Some reefs reach depths of up to 100 meters. We then continue our journey to Zadar, the capital of Dalmatia for centuries and Croatia’s oldest university town, renowned for its rich historical heritage of global significance, visible at every turn: the 1st-century Roman Forum, the 9th-century Church of St. Donatus—the most famous medieval basilica and symbol of the city— the imposing ramparts adorned with arcades and an iconic 16th-century city gate, the Museum of Ancient Glass, more than 30 churches in the old town, numerous palaces and villas, as well as the famous contemporary Sea Organ and the “Greeting to the Sun” light installation. Even though the boat is equipped with sails, navigation will primarily be done by motor when conditions are not favorable for using the sails
The order of visits may be different than published in case of ports being overly crowded and too busy and with the intention to give the customer a better experience overall
DISCLAIMER: Due to specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian ports, vessels are moored side by side, requiring the passenger to pass from one vessel to another leaving gaps between them in order to reach the shore. In such cases, customers must take particular care when crossing and do so at their own risk. Crew assistance will be provided to those who require it and request it. The cruise is not recommended for customers in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility
The captain reserves the right to change the itinerary in case of bad weather conditions
