Activities

The walking tour of this magnificent town begins directly from the pier, as our ship is docked just 50 meters from one of the town gates.
The Old Town of Korcula is a masterpiece of architecture and urban planning, built according to a carefully designed... more+ plan. The street layout resembles a fishbone, cleverly created to catch the wind and provide natural ventilation.
During your walk led by our local expert, you will visit the impressive Cathedral of St. Mark, a testament to the craftsmanship of Korcula’s famous stonemasons and the island’s high-quality stone used in buildings worldwide.
Korcula is also celebrated as the birthplace of Marco Polo, and you will have the chance to see his alleged birth house from the outside.
The tour concludes in the heart of the Old Town, where you will have free time to explore at your leisure or join our optional wine tasting.

Leaving the port, our tour takes us across the island to the rural village of Lumbarda and its surrounding vineyards, home to the Milina-Bire family, who have lived here for centuries and are known for producing some of the island’s finest, most distinctive... more+ wines.
Originally making wine for personal use, the family decided, half a century ago, to apply their generations of knowledge and establish a small commercial winery.
Today, they operate with a fully automated production system, while still preserving some traditional winemaking techniques.
Upon arrival, guests will tour the production facility, then move into the wine cellar, beautifully decorated with historical tools once used in winemaking.
The owner will share the Bire family story and offer a tasting of four of their excellent wines, along with local delicacies such as homemade prosciutto, sheep cheese, and fresh bread.
Note: On Sundays or when Bire Winery is closed, we will visit Zura Winery instead.

The tree still bears olives and is a must-see for anyone interested in the history of Montenegro. Legend says that warring families would come here to make peace.

The tour continues with a visit to Stari Bar (Old Bar). Located on a three-sided hill in a small valley, the Old Town impresses with its lush alleys, modest streets, and remarkable architecture, untouched by modernity.

Enjoy a panoramic ride through Vlora’s main street before heading north to Zvernec Island. Recognizable by the majestic crown of pine trees covering it, Zvërnec is easily accessible. Located between Narta Village and the old, scenic Soda Forest, a paved... more+ road and a 270-meter-long wooden bridge lead to its entrance.
The island is home to the well-preserved 13th-century Byzantine Monastery of St. Mary, an impressive site of great cultural and religious value. The monastery was abandoned during Albania’s Communist era but regained its important role in the community after the regime collapsed.
Your next stop is Flag Square in Vlora, where you’ll visit the Albanian Independence Monument. You’ll also see the Muradie Mosque from the outside, built in 1537 by the renowned Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan during the reign of Suleiman the Magnificent.
End the tour with some free time at Vlora’s seafront promenade (Lungo Mare) before returning to the port.

We depart from Kotor and travel up the steep slopes of Mount Lovcen, a region of striking contrasts and breathtaking scenery. Our route takes us along the serpentine Lovcen Road, famed as one of the most scenic drives in the country—and even the world.
At the northern edge of the park, we arrive at the mountain village of Njeguši. A noticeable change in climate and atmosphere sets in as we enter this alpine setting. This charming village of stone houses is the birthplace of the Petrovic dynasty, Montenegro’s historic royal family. Njeguši is renowned for its artisanal pršut (smoked ham), considered the finest in the country.
We’ll visit a traditional smokehouse, where Montenegrin relics are displayed, and rows of hams hang from the beams, filling the air with the tempting aroma of prosciutto.
Enjoy a tasting of the famous smoked ham, cheese, homemade bread, and local wine. Afterwards, enjoy free time exploring Kotor Old Town before rejoining our ship.
