OR Herculaneum. Like Pompeii, Herculaneum was destroyed by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD. Discover the famous houses of ancient Herculaneum, with the most renowned being the House of the Mosaic Atrium.
Naples. Between masterpieces and hidden treasures, you will explore must-see sights such as old Naples and the Royal Palace. In the oldest district of Naples, you will stroll along Via San Gregorio Armeno, known for its many workshops and small shops that display Italian nativity figurines (pastori) all year round. During Christmas, the atmosphere becomes magical. You will visit the cloister of Santa Chiara, home to a beautiful 18th-century nativity scene depicting everyday life and figurines dressed in traditional costumes.
