On board your ship, you will be accompanied by northern fulmars as the Arctic landscapes gradually reveal themselves: snow-capped mountains, deep waters, and the first hints of ice. Every moment on board invites you to observe nature in all its majesty, but also its fragility. Whether you are on deck or aboard a zodiac, every moment is an encounter with an environment where beauty and harshness coexist. ##The journey The adventure begins in **Longyearbyen**, the capital of Svalbard, a place where nature sets the pace and man seems to be a temporary guest. Cabin, located on deck 4, with a king-size bed (180 x 190 cm) or two single beds (90 x 190 cm) to suit your needs. It features an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a private 4 m² balcony to enjoy the outdoors. A sliding panoramic bay window lets you admire the view while providing natural light.

With winter temperatures reaching as low as -40°C, the landscapes of this mining town are striking. Your captain will navigate until he reaches the ice frontier, the edge of the pack ice.
