Can we refuse a skipper?

As a general rule, you cannot refuse a skipper assigned by the charter company, except in cases of clearly inappropriate behavior (serious professional misconduct, inappropriate conduct, etc.). The choice of skipper depends on the charter company’s availability, and as long as the skipper fulfills their contractual obligations, they cannot be refused. If a serious problem arises, you must immediately notify the charter company and Filovent Concierge so that a solution can be considered.
