I'll arrive in the evening after the regular boarding time. What should I do?

It is important to include your estimatedarrival time at the base (please also provide your flight number and arrival airport) in the “Fill out my crew list” section of your customer account; this way, the base will receive this information when you submit your crew list and sailing resume.

If you plan to arrive late in the evening, you must ask the charter company in writing whether they will have staff available to handle check-in the next morning. If not, you may have to pay an additional fee to check in the following day.
