Where can I find information about the departure port, the location of the boat I booked, and my contact person on site?
Updated on: 26/05/2025Once you've booked your boat, you'll find plenty of useful information in yourcustomer portal under the "Contacts and Practical Information" section.
More generally, your customer account also allows you to view:
- Your rental agreement
- The extras you have booked
-The name and address of the rental partner
- The contact information for the base manager, whom you must contact 7 days before your departure
- The payments you have made
-Your crew list
- The insurance policies you have purchased
