Are there life jackets for children on the boat?
Updated on: 26/05/2025We strongly recommend that you purchase a life jacket that fits your child before you leave, so they can try it on. Comfort is key for a cruise lasting a week or longer.
If you’re traveling with your family and young children, we recommend purchasing life jackets that fit your children’s sizes. This way, you’ll be able to try them on, which won’t be possible if the rental company provides them. If you rely on the rental company’s life jackets, you’ll likely receive basic children’s life jackets that aren’t necessarily comfortable.
Alternatively, you can also contact your base manager (under "My Reservations" > "Contacts and Practical Information") to ask if they can provide life jackets suitable for your children’s weight and size.
