Can I get an invoice when I pay for my cruise?
Updated on: 19/09/2025You can certainly request an invoice for your cruise payment, whether it’s in the name of an individual or a company. However, you’ll need to submit a request to your advisor or to our finance department, which can be reached at admin@filovent.com. To ensure the invoice is completed accurately, please provide the following information:
- Your last name
- Your first name
- Your billing address
- Your company name (if the invoice is to be issued to a company)
- Your company’s VAT number (if the invoice is to be issued to a company)
Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an email from our administrative department or concierge service a few days later, containing your invoice.
Please note, however, that the reservation confirmation, available in your customer account, contains exactly the same information as this invoice.
