Italiano Amid a Baltic Sea known, is surprising is the archipelago of Aland, a dust of pink granite, 6,500 islands and reefs that stretch from Sweden to Finland.
It is language and Swedish culture, although part of Finland, and is, since 1921, with considerable autonomy, which gives practically the roles and status of a sovereign state.
The archipelago contains thirty marinas and is one of the sunniest places in the Nordic countries. Very little salty, non-tidal swell with and without fairly mild spring and summer weather, the Gulf of Bothnia around Aland lends itself to boating
