Yerseke (in IESE Zealand) is a village in the Dutch municipality of Reimerswaal, located along the Oosterschelde, Zeeland. The village has 6,541 inhabitants (2006).
The village is best known for mussel and oyster farming. Tourists come to Yerseke for guided tours of the oyster beds to the marina and the Oosterscheldemuseum ("Museum of the Oosterschelde"). The town is known for its further annual feast day: the Mosseldag (the "day of the mold").
