Can I cancel an insurance policy I've already purchased?

- If you are continuing your rental but no longer wish to insure your security deposit, yes, you have a 2-week right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, you must send an email to info@filovent.com and explicitly request the cancellation of your insurance. We will submit the request to our partner Gritchen, and you will be refunded the amount paid. Please note, this is irreversible! You will not be able to purchase this insurance again if we cancel it.
- If you cancel your rental and no longer go sailing, you will automatically be refunded the cost of the deposit insurance. To do this, you must cancel your rental via the customer portal.
For cancellation insurance: no, there is no right of withdrawal. By definition, cancellation insurance begins covering you the moment you purchase it.
