Le Lavandou is a commune in the Var (Côte d'Azur Var) on the shores of the Mediterranean, facing the Golden Islands (Port-Cros, Ile du Levant and Porquerolles) and at the foot of the Massif des Maures. Hyères is 22 km to the west, Cavalaire 20 km east by road.
Former small fishing port became a major resort of international renown, Le Lavandou offers an incomparable setting of nature and beaches on the Var coast. Spanned more than 12 km, the town holds jewels carefully maintained and monitored, vast sandy beaches and small coves untouched and wild.
