How do I book my cruise with Filovent?

1 - To book your cruise, start by logging in to your customer account from the Filovent homepage, and enter your username and password:

2 - Once you are in your customer account, click on“My Quotes”on the left, then click on the“View Quote”button on the right for the quote you want:

3 - Once the cruise page has loaded, click“Book”on the right:

4 - On your booking form, scroll down and fill in your contact information. When you’re done, click“Next.”

5 - In the“Passenger List” section, enter the last name, first name, date of birth, and country of residence for each member of your party. The rest of the information is optional. When you’re done, click“Next”:

6 - The“Itinerary”and“Trip Services”sections are informational pages where you don’t need to make any selections, but where you can find a list of the services and activities included in your cruise. Click“Next”once you’ve reviewed the information and verified that it meets your expectations.

7 - In the“Insurance”section, select the type of insurance you want fromcancellation insurance,premium comprehensive insurance, or no insurance. For each type of insurance, you can click“View Summary”to see an explanation of each option. Once you’ve made your selection, click“Next.”

8 - In the“Booking Summary”section, review the information and note the total amount of your booking, as well as the amount of your deposit. You can then check the two boxes at the bottom of the page confirming that you accept the terms and conditions governing your reservation, and that you will ensure all members of your crew have the necessary identification, health documents, and any visas required for the cruise. When everything is in order, click“Make Payment”:

9 - On the right side of the payment page, choose between“Pay by Card”to pay directly online, and“Bank Transfer Instructions”to obtain Filovent’s bank details, which will allow you to pay via your banking app.

10 - On the new page, please read the message carefully. During the transaction, you will see a debit for the total amount of your reservation in your banking app that you will need to authorize, but don’t worry— only the deposit will actually be charged! The remaining balance will be automatically charged shortly before your cruise, unless the reservation is canceled. Once you have read the message, click “Pay,” then enter your bank details and complete the payment.

11 - That’s it—your deposit has been paid, and you’ll receive a payment confirmation receipt. You’ll also receive an email confirming your reservation from your advisor. All set!

Go back to your customer account, click on“My Reservations”on the left, then click on“View Reservation” on the right.
