Sailing itineraries

Bridgetown
On Barbados' wild and rugged east coast, secluded beaches take on the color of sunrise, their red... see+ sands having crossed the entire Atlantic from the Sahara. The easternmost island of The Caribbean and the Windward Islands, Barbados reaches out to Africa and the Old World, as if it did not quite belong to the New.
Bridgetown, the capital, is a city full of contrasts and history. George Washington actually stayed there! Trafalgar Square is a reminder that this carefree island, with its love of rum and pleasure, still carries on the British heritage through respected traditions such as cricket and afternoon tea.
