1) Nature and use of personal data collected

We undertake to our customers to collect and process only the data necessary for the performance of our activities, in particular for the purposes of processing and performing the yacht charter service you have subscribed to.

The personal data that we are required to collect is as follows:

- Surname, first name, home address, email address, date of birth
- Payment details if you accept the quote              
- Boat license, nautical experiences, connection data linked to cookies

The information that we are required to collect, after having informed you and obtained your consent, comes from:

- The voluntary registration of an e-mail address allowing you to receive our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by going to the "unsubscribe" section at the bottom of the page of our newsletter.
- Charter and reservation forms for our products, which you fill in by telephone or online (online quote system, email, or from your customer account).
- From your browsing on the website www.filovent.com

The information collected is used to process your order by Filovent:

- To reserve boats with our partners
- Create an online customer account from which you can provide the information required to reserve a boat (e.g. nautical CV).
- Financial information is used only for billing and to make your reservation.

FILOVENT uses cookies to adapt to the preferences of its users and optimize its web pages. In order to enable you to log in to the site and services and to personalize them, the site's web page servers may place cookies on your computer. These cookies facilitate navigation and improve the user-friendliness of the website. You are informed of this in advance and you can either accept them by continuing your navigation or set them in the help menu of your browser.

2) Communication of personal data

All data collected is for Filovent's internal use only. It may therefore be communicated to the members of our company's sales, marketing and financial departments.

Our company is also required to communicate your personal data to:

- Our service providers involved in processing reservations (e.g. the lessor)
- To our internet payment service provider, Paybox Services, for processing your payment in a completely secure manner, in the event that you use the functionality requiring online payment by credit card               
- To potential buyers of our company
- To a competent public authority in order to comply with a legal, regulatory or judicial obligation, or any other applicable request from a public authority.

We ask our partners or service providers to implement adequate confidentiality and data protection measures.

Some of the recipients mentioned above may be established outside the European Union and have access to all or part of the personal information we collect.

The protection implemented consists of:

- Choosing service providers located outside the European Union in a country with an adequate level of personal data protection as recognized by the European Commission, or
- The conclusion of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

3) Period of retention of personal data

We undertake to retain personal data only for the time necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, in accordance with legal requirements.

These retention periods are defined according to the purposes of processing implemented by our company and take into account the applicable legal provisions imposing a precise retention period for certain categories of data and the applicable limitation periods.

If we no longer need to use your information and no longer need to retain it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we will delete it from our systems or render it anonymous so that you cannot be identified.

4) Your rights
