Boat ride on Tonlé Sap Lake to explore the floating villages and experience the traditional way of life of their inhabitants. Then, visit the "Angkor Night Market." Dinner in town. Visit to Ta Prohm Temple. Today, nature has reclaimed the site, and the result is breathtaking:... see+ shafts sprout from the temple structures, and thick roots cover them. Exploration of Angkor Thom. Stroll through the grounds of the former Royal Palace, then discover the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King. Lunch in town. Visit to Les Senteurs d’Angkor: the ancient art of weaving at this workshop where candles and soaps are made, followed by a visit to the B.R.B. craft center. Set in a magnificent historic garden, it showcases Cambodia’s main traditional crafts, including stone and wood carving, textiles and natural fibers such as rattan and water hyacinth, leather, jewelry, painting, and much more. Dinner in town and a performance by Cirque Phare: acrobatics and juggling. Overnight at your hotel.

The region is also famous for its traditional pottery, which combines ancient knowledge with modern techniques - Chhnang actually means "pot port". Tasting of local products before returning to the boat. Sail to Kampong Tralach. For those looking for more activity, there is the option of cycling from Kampong Chhnang along the river to the pottery village to explore the area. Dinner and overnight on board.

Kampong Chhnang Oudong Kampong Tralach Phnom Penh
We will head to Oudong, which served as the royal residence and capital of Cambodia for over 250... see+ years. We will visit the Vipassana Dhura Pagoda, located at the foot of a hill where numerous stupas dating back to the last Khmer kings can be found. It is also a place of meditation for Buddhist monks. Then, you’ll have the chance to explore Oudong Hill, which requires climbing many steps. The climb may seem a bit strenuous, but your effort will be rewarded at the summit with a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside, the rice fields, and Tonlé Sap, before strolling through these places steeped in Cambodian history.

In the afternoon, visit the beautiful Vihara at Wat Kampong Tralach Leu Pagoda. You’ll reach it by crossing the village via a small road running perpendicular to the river, amidst a magnificent landscape of rice paddies. The Vihara dates from the early 20th century and was likely built on an older site, as suggested by the laterite foundations. It features magnificent murals. On the return trip, you can ride a mountain bike back to the boat through the beautiful countryside, admiring the beauty of the rice fields surrounding the area before reaching the boat. Back on board, set sail for Phnom Penh. Enjoy a performance of classical Khmer music and dance. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

The tour continues with a visit to the National Museum. In the afternoon, explore the area by "tuk-tuk," an authentic and immersive experience like no other. You’ll visit the beautifully renovated Art Deco Central Market and discover the local shopping scene. Known as "Phsar Thmei," the market is a bustling hub for shopping for clothing, food, and souvenirs.
Then, you’ll stroll through the city’s off-the-beaten-path alleyways, getting a close-up look at daily life in Cambodia. Observe these timeless moments where locals savor their coffee while playing Cambodian chess, and discover local cuisine in its most authentic form.
Next, visit Wat Phnom. According to legend, Wat Phnom was built in the 14th century to serve as a shelter for Buddha statues. It was Daun Penh, a wealthy elderly woman, who discovered four bronze and stone Buddha statues inside a shaft washed up on the banks of the Mekong River. From there, you’ll enjoy a short walk to the French Quarter, where you’ll get a glimpse of the colonial era while admiring the beautiful architecture. The neighborhood features numerous Belle Époque and Art Deco houses and public buildings dating from the French Protectorate (1863–1953). Return to the boat for dinner and continue sailing toward Vietnam. Overnight on board.

Phnom Penh Chau Doc
Arrival at the Vinh Xuong border. Customs clearance and entry formalities, then departure for Chau... see+ Doc. Located on the border between Cambodia and Vietnam, the prosperous town of Chau Doc has developed around fishing and fish farming. You will board small boats to explore the Tra Su Forest and its incredible diversity of flora and fauna. Return to the boat for lunch. Ascend Mount Sam by cable car. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views along the way and from the summit of this major Buddhist pilgrimage site. After fully appreciating the panorama, visit the Ba Chua Xu temple before returning to the boat. Continue sailing to Sa Dec. Dinner and overnight on the side of the boat.

Chau Doc Sa Dec Cai Be
Panoramic tour of Sa Dec by local boat, stroll around the local market along the river. This small... see+ town of 30,000 inhabitants is fascinating for its preserved authenticity. A few colonial houses remain, including the former residence of Huynh Thuy Lê, the main character in Marguerite Duras' famous novel "The Lover," which we will visit. An ideal opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture. Return to the boat and continue sailing to Cai Be, a small, authentic, popular, and lively town stretching along the lush banks of the Mekong River. It is also the capital of tropical fruits: bananas, pineapples, papayas, longans, rambutans, mangoes, and water apples. The arroyos naturally irrigate the orchards. Excursion by local boat with a stop at a craft village where you can watch local products being made. Enjoy hot tea and fresh fruit while listening to local music. Drive to the restaurant where you will take a cooking class with a local chef. After lunch, take a short break before setting off on a kayaking adventure. This is a unique experience in the Mekong Delta, offering a unique aquatic perspective. If you wish, you can explore the countryside by mountain bike and enjoy a different view of the local landscape. Whatever activity you choose, you will get a distinctive glimpse of the beauty and authenticity of the Mekong River. The boat leaves Cai Be for My Tho. In My Tho, you will start your day with a local boat cruise to Thoi Son Island, where you will have... see+ the opportunity to enjoy the daily life of the islanders and taste seasonal fruits. You will also take a sampan ride along the picturesque canals to get a close-hauled look at the Mekong Delta and its unique features. Later, you can explore the village by bike and admire the region's beautiful orchards. This is the perfect opportunity to connect with the locals and witness their way of life.
Return on board for lunch and continue cruising to the magnificent Chao Gao Canal, the entrance to Saigon, where you will discover the bustling canal, full of ships and activity, while feeling close to life on land. A highlight of the cruise, as we are the only company whose boats sail on the very narrow 28-kilometer-long Chao Gao Canal, which connects Saigon to the Mekong River.
Arrival in Saigon. Dinner followed by the "Saigon After Dark" excursion, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (included for departures from January to April 2026, optional for departures from August 2026 (when the excursion is optional, it must be booked at the time of registration)). A nighttime excursion with a culinary adventure. On the back of a vintage Vespa scooter, you will delve into the heart of Saigon's nightlife. You will sample local flavors, stopping at various places for cocktails, seafood tastings, cold drinks, and even Vietnamese crepes to complete your journey. Finally, you will attend a live music concert. Return to the boat and spend the night on board.

A tour of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam’s leading economic hub, reveals a vibrant city that once... see+ shone as the Pearl of the Far East. The walking tour will take you to notable sites such as the Reunification Palace, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, City Square, and the Opera House, all of which were heavily influenced by French colonialism in the 19th century. Soak up the city’s energy and explore its green spaces while appreciating the beauty of nature amidst this dynamic city. Discover the local coffee culture. Vietnam is famous for its high-quality coffee production, and there are many coffee shops in the city center.
Return to the boat for lunch.
After lunch, you will explore the local Chinatown, a must-see site in the city. Then visit Giac Lam Pagoda, built in 1744; it is the oldest pagoda in Ho Chi Minh City. The site and the outdoor atmosphere of the courtyard, shaded by a massive Bodhi tree (Enlightenment), lend it a certain solemnity. Finally, you’ll visit the flower market and Binh Tay Market, another facet of Chinatown.
Return to the ship to enjoy our farewell cocktail and dinner on board. Overnight stop.

Founded after the reunification of the country and opened to the public in 1975, it pays tribute to Vietnamese combatants and civilians during the war and highlights war crimes, aiming to inspire peace throughout the world. Lunch in town. Around 2:00 p.m., our services will end. Please do not schedule your flight before 5:00 p.m.
