Siem Reap Kampong Cham Angkor Ban
Upon boarding, our crew will warmly welcome you, guide you to your cabins, and familiarize you with... see+ the ship’s facilities.
Once you’ve settled in and explored the ship, a welcome buffet lunch awaits you, followed by a safety and welcome briefing led by our cruise director.
In the afternoon, we’ll disembark for our first excursion.
By bus, we’ll explore the highlands of Kampong Cham, a major commercial and transportation hub that still preserves small hamlets where community life blends with the skilled craftsmanship of local artisans.
In Cheung Krok, the locals handcraft a variety of items: food, clothing, and everyday goods.
The nearby bamboo deck, built seasonally, serves as a gateway to the past.
Optional: a tuk-tuk ride to Wat Hanchey Hill—a glimpse of the charming temple complex and a view of the river, followed by a bike ride along small roads through the countryside, including a visit to a cashew farm.
A cocktail awaits us at the end of the excursion.

At sunset, return to the boat and sail to Angkor Ban to moor for the night.
Welcome reception at the bar with canapés and prosecco, with the banks of the Mekong as a backdrop.

Angkor Ban Prek Bangkong Kampong Chhnang
The morning tai chi session sets the tone before our visit to Angkor Ban.
This site features a... see+ monastery with a charming local village behind it.
You’ll meet monks during their morning class and strike up friendly conversations with the villagers.
As we stroll, we get a glimpse into the local way of life and take home wonderful memories of rural Cambodia.
Optionally, the cycling tour begins with a peaceful encounter with a monk.
As you pedal through lush green fields, picturesque old houses dot the landscape.
Watch blacksmiths at work, then finish with an ice-cold local beer or freshly pressed sugarcane juice.

We board the boat again and sail toward Phnom Penh.
Before reaching the capital, we stop at a small community of silk weavers: Prek Bangkong, at the confluence of the Tonlé and Mekong rivers.
This village was once the residence of the royal family.
The real stars of the show are the silk weavers, artisans who have been crafting silk from the very beginning.
We observe the complex production process, then visit the heritage home of H.E. Sam-El, a famous royal architect.
Optional: a cycling tour to the former royal palace of “Lavea Em” (1601–1618), with stops at historic pagodas, silk workshops, and bustling markets, followed by a tea break at H.E. Sam-El’s home.

The rest of the day is a pleasant cruise northward on the Tonle River.

Kampong Chhnang Kampong Tralach Phnom Penh
We are in the heart of the vast Tonlé region, one of Cambodia’s most remarkable ecosystems.
This... see+ morning, we explore Kampong Laeang, across from the famous pottery town of Kampong Chhnang.
On shore, we take tuk-tuks into the heart of rural Cambodian life.
We’ll meet various locals, learn about the art of pottery, and visit a charming pre-Angkorian temple.
From a lookout point, enjoy panoramic views of the vast floodplains and lush rice fields.
Optional: bike through rice fields and picturesque villages where small businesses produce pottery or palm sugar.
Flat terrain and enchanting landscapes offer a captivating glimpse into local life.

Back on the boat, after lunch and spectacular views of the Tonle River, we sail south to Kampong Tralach.
Tea is served at the bar before the afternoon excursion.
An ox-drawn cart takes us along the river and down winding country roads, flanked by picturesque rice paddies, to a small village.
We explore a local NGO’s school and library project, or visit the 300-year-old Buddhist temple and shrine.
Optional: a cycling tour through the picturesque Tonle region: the former royal palace of “Lungvek,” the Jade Buddha Temple (1560), and watching fishermen cast their nets into the tranquil waters.

We cruise a few more kilometers before reaching Phnom Penh, where we moor in the middle of the current with views of the skyline.

Welcome to Phnom Penh, once known as the “Paris of the East.”
Despite its rapid development, it... see+ has retained its rustic charm and elegance.
It is a remarkable city with centuries of history and culture, evident at every turn.
The guided tour begins after breakfast: a cyclo ride through the city, followed by a visit to the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda.
Our journey takes us to “S21” prison, a harrowing and dark chapter of the Khmer Rouge regime in the 1970s.
Lunch break in town, followed by a visit to the “Sosoro” Museum, one of the country’s most famous.
The excursion concludes with a leisurely stroll through the French Quarter, including the iconic Wat Phnom monument.
No optional excursion in the morning.
In the evening, an expert lecture in the lounge.
To round out this eventful day, an outdoor barbecue and gala dinner accompanied by a traditional Apsara dance performance.
Afterward, explore the city at night: enjoy the lively nightlife or take a river cruise.

After breakfast, before continuing south on the Mekong River toward Vietnam, the lounge hosts a... see+ captivating lecture given by a guest expert.
Once the ship sets sail, the rest of the morning and the entire afternoon are yours to enjoy.
Switch to cruise mode and experience the relaxing rhythm of this mighty river.
The afternoon is perfect for massages, relaxing on a deck chair, or on a private balcony.
Melt into the river and float in a state of blissful contentment.
Visit the deck: the captain always has a story to tell about “his” river.
Those who are curious can join a Khmer cooking workshop.
During afternoon tea, we approach the border and arrive in Vietnam.
It’s a short distance to Tan Chau, a pleasant, slow-paced border town home to a large Chinese, Kinh, and Khmer community.
We’ll be close-hauled near the town, with views of the riverbanks.

Tan Chau My An Hung Binh Thanh
Welcome to Vietnam’s fish sanctuary.
After our morning tai chi session and a delicious breakfast,... see+ we’ll explore this region renowned for its aquaculture.
As soon as we disembark, we’ll immerse ourselves in the bustling urban life of Tan Chau aboard “xelois” (rickshaws).
Your personal driver will navigate leisurely through the streets, allowing you to observe workshops, street vendors, shops, and daily life.
We’ll head to the local market, mingling with the locals.
Next, we’ll visit a Cao Dai temple and meet with a priest, who will shed light on the unique beliefs of the Cao Dai.
Final destination: a fish farm that has been run for years by a local family, offering insight into the essential knowledge required to manage such a business.
Optional: a bike ride on a small Mekong Island close to Tan Chau—flat terrain, lush green paths, mango farms, and fruit orchards.
Stop at a small market to chat with the vendors, followed by visits to a frog farm and a workshop where high-quality mats are woven.

Back on board, after a nap, our guides give a presentation on life in the Mekong Delta while the boat continues toward My An Hung, close to Sa Dec.
The village of My An Hung is a wonderful example of a local village where time has stood still.
We get a glimpse into the private life of a local family and visit the seasonal vegetable fields.
We’ll enjoy a Vietnamese tea tasting at a local family’s home, accompanied by freshly cut fruit.
An artistic troupe will perform the traditional dragon dance.
There are no optional excursions in the afternoon.
Back on board, we’ll cruise into the sunset.
Complimentary cocktails and light bites by the pool, with music and dancing, to enjoy the golden hour before dinner.

Binh Thanh Tan Phong Island My Tho
Wake up early to admire the breathtaking sunrise scenery, as the delta’s residents are already... see+ going about their daily lives.
Recharge your energy with a morning tai chi class before enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet.
We’ll take a local boat to one of the Mekong’s largest islands, Binh Thanh.
This island is home to several communities that make their living by cultivating water hyacinths.
As you stroll around, you’ll get a glimpse of local life and witness the traditional process of making mats.
You’ll also meet an elderly couple who have spent their entire lives on this island and are always happy to chat with visitors.
Optional: Explore the island by bike—picturesque alleys, rice paddies, and traditional houses offer great photo opportunities.
The route leads to the village of Long Ta, famous for its scarf weaving, then back to the pier.

In the afternoon, visit a workshop in the town of Cai Be: production of rice paper, rice crackers, rice wine, and coconut candies.
A fascinating handmade process using special techniques.
Then we head to Tan Phong Island, a small island in the middle of the vast Mekong River.
Visit a local family and their fruit garden, where you can sample various types of tropical fruits.
Take a buggy ride across the island to get a glimpse of local life.
Stop at the home of another family that specializes in hand-weaving water hyacinths.
Optional bike tour on the picturesque island of Tan Phong: flat paths winding through orchards of rambutan, longan, and jackfruit.
Visit a family-run business that produces handicrafts from water hyacinths, then cycle 3 km along a canal to a local temple for a break under a banyan tree, before visiting a tropical fruit grower’s home for a tasting.

Afterward, the boat makes its final journey to My Tho, with a few farewell parties along the way.
