Departure on scheduled flight. Arrival in Zagreb. Welcome at the airport and departure for a short... see+ guided tour of Croatia's capital (depending on flight times), which is also the country's largest city. Zagreb was founded around 1,000 years ago by the will of King Ladislas, just opposite the Gradec fortress, now the historic district of Old Zagreb. In addition to this well-preserved medieval heritage, the city boasts numerous religious and cultural buildings dating back to Austrian rule, revealing its roots in the cultural space of Mitteleuropa. After the visit, transfer to the island of Krk. Boarding and installation on board. Free exploration of Krk.

Krk Island Rab island Zadar
Morning sail to the island of Rab. Rab is an island with two faces: a rocky, desert-like expanse to... see+ the east and a landscape awash with vegetation, forests and scrubland to the west. The Romans nicknamed the eponymous town Felix Arba, "Happy Rab", and it's easy to see why. With its beaches, bays and fragrant, verdant ambience, Rab is destined for rest and pleasure. Its beauty and diverse tourist infrastructure make it one of the most visited islands in the Adriatic. Free time for a stroll through the town's narrow streets. In the afternoon, continue sailing to Zadar.

Zadar Plitvice Sibenik
In Zadar, visit the old town with its National Square, the city's Renaissance hub. Then visit St.... see+ Anastasia Cathedral, a Byzantine church rebuilt in Romanesque style in the early 13th century. Visit the Church of Saint-Donat, a true Carolingian monument built in the shape of a rotunda. The tour ends with a walk along the fortifications, built mainly in the 16th century. Excursion to Plitvice Lakes National Park, with lunch on site. Inland, this is a particularly interesting site. This large park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, encompasses a succession of 16 lakes with a very special configuration. Each lake flows into the next via one or more waterfalls. In all, 92 waterfalls over a difference in altitude of 133 m! The water is incredibly clear, and swimming is prohibited to protect this magnificent site. Back to top. Naturally protected by its large bay and dominated by a fortress, Sibenik is home to a beautiful old town, brimming with churches, monasteries and palaces. The majestic Cathedral of St. James, considered the first Renaissance building outside Italy, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Sibenik Trogir Split
Morning sail to Trogir, which has preserved its medieval character, making it one of the most... see+ interesting cities on the Adriatic coast. Visit St. Lawrence Cathedral, built in the 13th century. Through the narrow streets, admire the exterior of various monuments and palaces, including the Benedictine monastery of St. Nicholas. In the late afternoon, sail to Split.
Departure for a guided tour. In 295, Emperor Diocletian had his palace built in a vast bay not far from Salone. Thus was born the city of Split. At the end of the 7th century, John of Ravenna, archbishop of Split, transformed Diocletian's mausoleum into a cathedral. After a long period of Venetian domination and Napoleonic rule, the city became part of the Habsburg Empire, before becoming part of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes in 1918. Full board.

After a guided tour of Split, departure by coach for an excursion to Mostar. Bruised by war, Mostar has been reborn since the reconstruction of the "Old Bridge". Built by the Turks over 500 years ago, it is the symbol of the city. The Old Bridge district of Mostar's Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stroll through the narrow streets, visit the Turkish house and the mosque. Lunch in a restaurant. Return to Split.

Discover Hvar. An important strategic and nautical center since Antiquity, the island enjoys a mild... see+ climate and lush natural surroundings. Take a guided tour of the town to soak up its gentle way of life and discover its historical heritage. Numerous Renaissance buildings can still be seen, and two strongholds frame the city: the French Fort Napoléon and the Venetian Fort Spagnola. The main square, the theater (Europe's first, built in 1612), the Franciscan monastery and St. Stephen's Cathedral are all remarkable sites, bearing witness to the island's rich history. In the afternoon, sail to Korcula. In the evening, stroll through the narrow streets of Korcula.

Korcula Šipan
Korcula, shaped like a fishbone, is one of the region's most important fortified sites. According... see+ to legend, it was founded in the 12th century BC by the Trojan hero Anténor. By the 13th century, life in the city was highly structured, and its constitution, dating from 1214, remained in force until the French occupied it under the First Empire. Korcula, known as Marco Polo's native island, owes its reputation to its stonemasons, who created the most beautiful and ambitious monument here, along with St. Mark's Cathedral, which contains a magnificent painting by Tintoretto. Sail to the island of Sipan, the largest of the Elaphite Islands. Free time to explore the island in the evening.

Bordered by high ramparts overlooking the Adriatic Sea, Dubrovnik, the former Ragusa, is considered... see+ one of the jewels of world heritage. Founded by the Greeks from Epidaurus, it was populated by Slavic tribes as early as the 7th century, under the protection of Byzantium. By the 12th century, the city had a political organization led by an elected Rector and two councils. Gradually, it would free itself from Venetian domination and proclaim its Republic in 1358. For over three centuries, the Republic of Dubrovnik would reign over the trade of the Adriatic. Noble families and merchants built magnificent palaces, and the city enriched itself with churches and monasteries. In the 17th century, the city was destroyed by an exceptionally violent earthquake. Rebuilt in a pure Baroque style, the city now boasts numerous palaces, squares, churches, and patrician houses that contribute to its splendor. A day dedicated to freely exploring Dubrovnik or participating in optional excursions. Full board on board. Optional: Discovery of Montenegro (day trip with lunch) Price per person: €150 Departure by coach for a panoramic discovery of the Bay of Kotor. Stop in Perast. Located in the middle of a fjord, this village preserves some baroque residences testifying to its rich past. The Church of Saint Nicholas, built in Baroque style in the 17th century, has the highest bell tower in the Bay of Kotor. Embarkation on a private boat to discover the two islets facing it: St. George Island, planted with cypresses surrounding the remains of a Byzantine monastery from the 12th century, and Our Lady of the Rock Island, born from a legend. The church is adorned with baroque paintings by Tripo Kokolja, a famous baroque painter from Perast. Then, proceed to Kotor, a small medieval town marked by Byzantine and Venetian influences, whose region is listed as a UNESCO cultural heritage site. Saint Tryphon Cathedral is the finest example of Romanesque architecture on the Adriatic coast. Lunch at a restaurant and free time in Kotor. Return to Dubrovnik. Or: Discovery of the Konavle Valley (day trip with lunch) Price per person: €150 in 2024 Departure by coach to the picturesque seaside resort of Cavtat, the ancient Roman city of Epidaurus. Stroll along the beautiful seafront adorned with numerous café terraces. After Cavtat, head to the village of Komaji where the Crvik family owns its vineyards and cellar. Wine tasting from the region and welcome by Andro Crvik who will present his production. Then, visit the old mill known as Mlinica Dvori, which is still operational. Demonstration of flour production using traditional methods. The source of the river and the upper course are part of the protected natural park, and the water mill is preserved as a cultural monument. Continue to the village of Cilipi. Welcome to a traditional house and meeting with the owners who produce olive oil, grape brandy, and wine using ancestral methods. Typical lunch and tasting of local wine to the sound of local music and songs.
