Your memorable journey begins as soon as you arrive at Aswan airport or train station, where you... see+ will be warmly welcomed by our local partner. We will then head to visit the Temple of Philae. Aswan is the ideal starting point for your adventure on the Nile. After checking in at the Dahabiya, you will set out in the open sea, gliding gracefully towards Kom Ombo. There, you can take a leisurely stroll through the picturesque village to get a glimpse of traditional life. The Dahabiya will moor for the night in the village of Fares, setting the stage for an enchanting first night on board.

Continue your expedition to Besao island, where a leisurely walk will grant you insights into the daily lives of its inhabitants, and the fascinating world of traditional fishing.The Dahabiya will find a serene spot near Edfu, offering you a restful second night on board.

Next, your voyage takes you to Edfu City, where you'll be captivated by the beautifully preserved... see+ Temple of Horus, an architectural marvel buried under desert sands for centuries. You'll set sail, gracefully gliding towards El-Hegez. Here, you can take a leisurely walk through the quaint village, capturing glimpses of traditional life. The Dahabiya will moor for the night.

Dahabiehs are traditional sailing boats that navigate primarily under sail. When wind conditions do not permit it, or on certain stretches of the Nile, the boat may be towed at a distance (approximately 30 m) by a small tugboat, as dahabiehs do not have engines
