Koblenz Mainz Rüdesheim
Full board on board. We woke up in Mainz, a city with a history dating back nearly 2,000 years. The... see+ cathedral dominates the cityscape. In its shadow lies medieval Mainz, where life bustles in the narrow, winding alleys, amid the many shops and cafés surrounding the charming Kirschgarten and its half-timbered houses. The view of Mainz from the Rhine appears rather understated. It is marked by two eras: modernism, with City Hall, the Hilton Hotel, and the Rheingoldhalle convention center; and the Baroque or Renaissance, with the Neues Zeughaus (New Arsenal), the Deutschordenshaus (German Order House), and the Palace of the Electors.

In the afternoon, we will arrive in Rüdesheim, one of the country’s most visited towns. Historic landmarks such as the Klunkhardshof, the fortified Adler Tower, the former Brömser Castle, and the ruins of Ehrenfels Castle invite you to stroll through this town. Overnight on board.
