In the morning, departure for Arcos de la Frontera, a charming village nestled on a cliff. Then off to Grazalema National Park. This natural park offers spectacular roads and breathtaking views. Lunch in Ronda, the region's largest town. In the afternoon, continue through the natural park towards Ubrique. Visit the village of Ubrique, at the foot of the mountains.
Return to Jerez de la Frontera, where you'll spend the night. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Morning guided tour included: Seville on foot. Discover this splendid city and its rich Arab past. The Andalusian capital is home to a priceless treasure trove of UNESCO World Heritage monuments. In the early afternoon, sail to Cadiz. You'll sail along the Doñana Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. It stretches along the right bank of the Guadalquivir to its estuary. Situated between Europe and Africa, it is Europe's largest wetland and attracts millions of migratory birds.

Standing at the... see+ end of a spit of land, Cadiz lies at the heart of a coastline of lagoons, beaches and salt marshes. Once coveted by Phoenicians, Greeks and other peoples, the white city has preserved the quaint charm of a lively historic center over the centuries. The winding streets of the medieval quarter and the more orderly streets of the baroque part give it an undeniable appeal.
In the afternoon, visit included: the white village of Vejer de la Frontera. Vejer de la Frontera is one of Andalusia's most enchanting white villages. Perched on a hill overlooking the Río Barbate, you'll be charmed by its narrow, winding streets, whitewashed houses, lush patios and flat, terraced roofs. Continue on to the fishing village of Conil de la Frontera. Located by the ocean, it resembles a Greek fishing village, with its white houses overlooking the ocean. The historic center, with its white houses, whitewashed streets and beautifully decorated patios, bears witness to its Muslim past. End the tour with a tasting of churros, a speciality of doughnuts dipped in melted chocolate.

Afternoon sailing to Isla Minima.
In the late afternoon, visit to a typical Andalusian hacienda in Isla Minima on the banks of the Guadalquivir. The hacienda was originally a brava ranch. In early 1940, the Escobar family acquired almost the entire site and founded the Finca de Isla Minima. Thanks to the quality of the pastures, this was the ideal place for breeding bulls and Carthusian horses. The owners turned it into a model farm. Return to the ship after the show. Night sail to Seville.

Morning excursion includes guided tour of the Palacio de las Dueñas. Located in the Féria... see+ district, the palace was built between the 15th and 16th centuries, combining Mudejar, Gothic and Renaissance styles. It comprises several buildings, patios and gardens. You'll discover the stables, the lemon patio where the great poet Antonio Machado was born, the main patio with its many works of art and decorative elements, and then the gypsy's living room, the center of the house's social life, adorned with a sculpture by Mariano Benlliure. Several rooms illustrate the pillars of Andalusian culture: bullfighting, religion and flamenco.

Optional excursion: day trip to Granada (pre-booking required before departure). Departure by coach to Granada. Visit the Alhambra, the Generalife and the historic center. Built on three hills, with the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada as a backdrop, Granada's greatest treasure is the Alhambra. The last city to be reconquered by the Catholic kings in the 15th century, you'll be transported into an oriental atmosphere. Gastronomy, craftsmanship and architecture are all marked by its glorious past. Return by coach to Seville.

Departure on foot for the guided tour of Seville. We will start at Plaza de España, decorated with azulejos and built especially for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929. The square forms a semicircle 200 meters in diameter, symbolizing Spain welcoming its... see+ former colonies. It faces the Guadalquivir River, representing the path to the Atlantic Ocean and America. A single building runs along its entire curved side. In the center of the square is a fountain (designed by Vicente Traver, an architect from Valencia). Between the center and the palace are canals, also in a semicircle. Four decks span them, representing the four former queens of Spain. Continue your visit in the charming Santa Cruz district, where you can enjoy a pleasant stroll past typical Sevillian flower-filled patios. Formerly the Jewish quarter, located within the old city walls, it is part of the historic heart of the city and is adjacent to the most famous monuments of the Andalusian capital. A place of art and history, the district dates back to the Middle Ages and is steeped in legends, churches, and palaces that bear witness to its past. Developed in the early 20th century, it is now one of Seville's most iconic neighborhoods. It is best known for its charming steep streets and shaded squares. Then, discover the Alcazar, home to the King of Spain and one of the oldest royal palaces in Europe. A fortress and Moorish residence, the Alcazaba (the old Arab quarter) is a sublime illustration of the Mudejar style, showcasing a masterful combination of Moorish techniques and Christian symbols. Return to the quay at the end of the morning. Duration: 3.5 hours Please wear comfortable shoes. Non-EU nationals are advised to check with their embassy or consulate to verify formalities. The order of visits may be changed. Please note that these excursions are not pitched on all cruises. If the minimum number of 25 people is not reached, the excursion will either be canceled or offered at a revised price based on the number of participants (payment on board). Excursions on the evening of embarkation and the following morning are only guaranteed for pre-registered customers.

Explore Cadiz
Depart by coach to begin your tour of Cadiz, one of the oldest cities in Europe. This panoramic tour will allow you to enjoy the cultural and historical richness of the city, as well as discover the beauty of its bay. Then, take a walking tour of the city.... see+ The old town is home to the city's most typical neighborhoods, with superb Baroque churches and elegant stately homes, many of which are adorned with facades painted in delicate pastel colors and ornate wrought-iron pulpit. Start your visit at the 17th-century San Sebastian Castle. It is located on a small island off La Caleta Beach. It was built to protect the northern part of the city. Since 1908, it has housed a 41-meter-high lighthouse. Discover the La Viña neighborhood, whose center is located in Santa María Square. It is a popular and typical neighborhood. Formerly a humble neighborhood, it is where flamenco parties take place, far from the port and shops. La Viña, a traditional Spanish neighborhood, is the main venue for the carnival, characterized by its beauty, gastronomy, and joie de vivre in the streets. They say the festivities never stop. Continue on to the cathedral. Its construction took 116 years, which explains the diversity of styles that can be appreciated there. Begun in the Baroque style, its most recent elements are neoclassical. Its interior preserves sculptures from the old cathedral. The building is covered with a golden-tiled dome, giving it an impressive appearance. Let yourself be charmed by this white and blue city. Return to the side of the boat in Cadiz. You will travel to Granada by coach (3 hours each way). Located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada and at the confluence of three rivers, Granada was the capital of the last Muslim kingdom on the Iberian Peninsula.Upon arrival, you will begin with a visit tothe... see+ Alhambra, which means "the red one" because of the color of its walls at sunset. It is one of the major monuments of Islamic architecture and the most majestic medieval acropolis in the Mediterranean world. Together with the Great Mosque of Cordoba, it is the most prestigious testimony to the Muslim presence in Spain from the 8th to the 15th century. You will continue with a visit to the Generalife, which was the summer residence of the Nasrid princes, and its beautifully designed gardens dating from the 14th century. The gardens of the Generalife are the most powerful symbols of the domestication of water, which cooled every courtyard and garden.Transfer to a restaurant in the city center for lunch.In the afternoon, you will have free time to visit the historic center of Granada at your own pace.Return by coach.NOTESEntrance fees included: the Alhambra and the Generalife.Please wear comfortable shoes.
