Sailing itineraries
Ko Samui Koh Tean - Samui
Check-in at the base and embark at 5:00 pm, then depart for the first night anchorage at Koh Tean,... see+ on the south side of the island. This is a popular beach for day trips and quieter at night, with lush vegetation and mangrove forest covering the island. It's an ideal anchorage for a first night of disconnection. Although day trips from Tong Krut beach on Samui are popular, the island's many trails are overgrown. There's still plenty to see on land, walking through the mangrove forest, exploring the many caves or snorkeling on the reef that surrounds the island. Legend has it that any dog placed on the island will go mad within 24 hours due to the noise of the thousands of bats that fly in every day at dusk. In the morning, go snorkeling or check out the pretty beaches on the west side of the island before setting sail for the next anchorage.

Koh Tean - Samui Parc National Mu Ko Ang Thong
After a morning swim on Koh Team's beautiful beaches, we'll sail to Koh Phalui: this large island,... see+ 5 miles south of Ang Thong Park, is administered by park rangers. The entire coastline is dedicated to collecting birds' nests, and anchoring is forbidden. However, on the north coast is a beautiful beach well sheltered from the south and west.
On the first day, you'll have lunch on Koh Phaluai and enjoy a swim or water sports on board (snorkeling, paddling and kayaking). Afterwards, you'll head for Ang Thong National Park to spend the night at anchor, surrounded by magnificent unspoilt nature.

Parc National Mu Ko Ang Thong Koh Nai Phut
Today we head to Koh Sam Sao and Koh Thai Phlao for lunch and inter-island exploration. Although... see+ not guaranteed, there have been numerous sightings of whale sharks and pods of river dolphins in this area. At Koh Sam Sao, there is a stone bridge with a natural feature connecting two rocks, large enough to pass over in a dinghy. Opposite the stone bridge are two small islands linked (usually) by a sandbar. Here you'll find a good snorkeling spot and your own private beach (at least for a while). On land, a short path leads to a viewpoint. Koh Thai Phlao & Koh Nai Put is a group of small, tightly clustered islands at the northern end of the national park. There are several small hongs dotted around the islands, on the eastern side of the northern island there is one large enough to enter at mid-tide. We end the day at Koh Nai Put, our anchorage for the night.

Koh Nai Phut Koh Tao
Sailing time: 4 hours 15 minutes
After lunch, we'll sail to Koh Tao, a small granite island to the north of this area, known for its... see+ crystal-clear waters. Our first night is spent in Mango Bay, the only inhabited bay on Koh Tao's north coast. Although busy with speedboats and dive boats during the day, it's a tranquil paradise in the early morning and late afternoon/evening, with pristine corals and excellent snorkeling.

Koh Tao Koh Pha Ngang
Sailing time: 3 hours 45 minutes
Today we sail to Koh Pha Ngan. Although known for its monthly full-moon festival on the... see+ southeastern peninsula, Koh Pha Ngan offers quieter white-sand beaches, notably Ao Thonh Nai Pan and Bottle Beach, an ideal stopover when sailing from Koh Tao. Bottle Beach, our anchorage for the night, is only accessible by boat or long hike. It's a pretty little bay with a few small resorts, coconut plantations and jungle.

Koh Pha Ngang Koh Samui Chaweng
Sailing time: 2.5 hours
After an early-morning swim, we'll head off for lunch at Haad Rin Rock on Koh Pha Ngan, one of the... see+ island's most beautiful beaches. After lunch, it's time to head back to Koh Samui. We'll sail to our last anchorage, Ao Chaweng, a large open bay with several anchorages to choose from.
