Sailboat Bavaria 50 Cruiser charter
When you see the Bavaria 50 from the Cruiser range for the first time, you can only be impressed by its majestic size! The German manufacturer offers you a well-designed sailboat with carefully considered features and a spacious interior. In addition to a huge rear platform and a large cockpit, the gangway offers a vast surface area for relaxing. The interior is also very bright, thanks to the roof portholes and the openings in the hull. Available in a 4- and 5-cabin version, the Bavaria 50 can accommodate up to 12 people. This boat with one hull is therefore ideal for a trip out to sea with family or friends.
This remarkably balanced sailboat has all the qualities to satisfy globetrotters of the seas who like to sail on multipurpose cruisers. With a lighter and narrower hull than its predecessors in the sameseries, it has a slightly rearward rake, which gives it a very pleasant, streamlined sailing trim. Equally at ease during long crossings and charismatic in anchorages, the model designed by the architects at Farr Yacht Design also displays remarkable resistance to violent winds and heavy swells.
The major advantage of this 15-meter-long boat is its maneuverability. Its handling is also favored by the particular shape of its sail, but also by a furling genoa and a rigid downhaul that benefit from SELDEN technology.
In addition, the deck of the Bavaria 50 Cruiser, with its non-slip teak-covered floor, is a subtle combination of spaces dedicated to piloting maneuvers and places conducive to relaxation. It has beautiful rest areas at the front and rear. Its superb cockpit is embellished with two lateral benches and a retractable central table to provide travelers with a charming outdoor lounge. It is also equipped with a retractable bimini boat cover to provide protection from the sun and rain.
The rear skirt of the sailboat can be electrically deployed to serve as a swimming platform during stops and at anchorages.
It should also be emphasized that the living spaces of the boat are cleverly arranged and allow its occupants to move around with ease. The « mahogany » theme of the woodwork gives the compartments an atmosphere that is at once luxurious, warm and pleasant. The interior luminosity is enhanced by the numerous portholes and panels locateds on the lateral faces of the living area and in the ceiling, like the huge hatch above the living area, which also promotes ventilation. The living area can therefore accommodate around ten people in impeccable comfort.
