The Feeling 1040 is a boat with one hull, a so-called "race-cruiser", built by the Kirié shipyard in France. This boat combines the cumulative experience of racing in the open sea and cruising with the desire to travel, combining the pleasure of sailing, quality of life on board and safety. It can be used for a cruise with family or friends, or solo. It has also been voted the fastest cruiser-racer boat with one hull in all categories of boats with one hull.
This sailboat, launched in 1985, is 10.65 meters long and has a standard draft of 1.83 meters. It has a capacity of 8 people, available in a 2 or 3 cabin version for a maximum of 8 berths. It is also equipped with a bathroom and toilet.
The Feeling 1040 sailboat has an inboard engine with a standard power of 28 horsepower. In addition, this boat has a tank capacity with its two tanks, one of 300L for water and one of 120L for gasoline.
On the outside, its hull is made of polyester and it is steered with a wheel. It is also equipped with a sloop at the mast top and a 25 m2 mainsail that allows it to sail freely.
