 The Wally Yachts shipyard was launched in 1994 by the Italian businessman Luca Bassani. The Italian wanted to take to the open sea with his wife and children and was looking for the boat of his dreams: he imagined a simple, fast, easy-to-sail, family sailing boat that was also luxurious. And that's how Wally Yachts was born.Wally Yachts are highly recognizable boats: an almost futuristic design, a smooth deck entirely covered with wood, a carbon hull in silver, anthracite or black and a minimalist style. One of the strong points of the Italian shipyard is that it offers yachts that are ever more spectacular and high-performance. to date, Wally Yachts has won over the world and is the first yacht builder to have won the Compasso d'Oro in 2004 and 2008, which recognizes the most innovative Italian designers.
