Another square, a remnant of the city's cultural wealth, is also worth a visit. This is Via Balbi, home to majestic buildings such as the Palazzo Reale, the Galleria degli Specchi and the National Museum. Don't forget to enjoy a stroll along Via San Luca to admire the gallery of the Spinoza palace where the works of Antonello da Messina, Rubens and Van Dyck are on display. After this little slice of history, treat yourself to the simple pleasures of the sandy coastline caressed by an electric sea.
