Further information
The Rosalie Moeller is open only to divers with a Level 2 certification who will be supervised, or those with an Advanced Open Water certification (Deep Diver specialty for diving to 40 meters). You may take the Deep Diver specialty course during the cruise; please inquire in advance
The cruise is guaranteed to depart with a minimum of 12 people
Each diver with a minimum N2 or equivalent certification must be equipped with a decompression parachute (per diver, not per dive team). A few parachutes are available on board to borrow in case of forgetfulness or breakage
In the event of damage to the vessel, we would be required to rent a replacement vessel, without compensation
Shared cabin accommodation: If you are traveling alone, we will find you a cabin partner, preferably of the same gender, though we cannot guarantee that your partner will be of the same gender unless prior agreement is reached via email. Please contact us
The itinerary may be modified without compensation in the event of weather conditions that prevent safe travel to certain sites, or in the event of a ban imposed by the Egyptian government or army
Prices are indicative and subject to change without notice in the event of an increase in certification costs and/or consumables (lime/O2, etc.)
All divers, without exception, must have scuba diving insurance coverage. In the event that decompression treatment is required, the hospital charges $500 per hour for use of the hyperbaric chamber (so it is advisable to have insurance)
