Luxor Edfou
A guide is waiting to take you on a tour of the ancient Egyptian capital. It is a veritable... see+ open-air museum that awaits you. We head for the temple of Karnak, the domain of the god Amon. Generations of pharaohs worked to embellish it. We will marvel at this architectural ensemble, whose construction spanned more than 2,000 years. This morning, you will head for Edfu by minibus, to visit the Temple of Horus, dedicated to the Falcon God. This is the best-preserved temple in Egypt! The temple, built entirely of sandstone, is remarkable and in a spectacular state of preservation. You will then return to the landing stage where your sandal or dahabieh, the famous sailing boats typical of the Egyptian Nile, awaits you. Settle in on the boat. After lunch or at the end of the day, you can go for a walk. Night on board.

Edfou El Ramady Bassaw
Morning sailing - beautiful walk in Ramadi around the marshes and through the crops to meet the... see+ farmers working in their fields of alfalfa, sugar cane or date palms. Return on board then, after lunch or at the end of the day, a stroll through the charming and very welcoming village of Bassaw. Overnight in Bassaw or at the foot of the Horemheb speos (depending on availability).

Bassaw Gebel Silsileh Maniha
Sailing along the Nile allows you to discover life on the banks of the Nile, and the stops in the... see+ villages provide an opportunity to meet the local population. Today, a stop at the pharaonic quarries of Gebel Silsileh, used to build Egypt's main temples. Gebel Silsileh began to be exploited in the New Kingdom as a sandstone quarry, and became the most important source of this material in Egypt, as good quality stone was readily available and easy to transport thanks to its proximity to the Nile. Short sail and walk of around 2 hours to Farès in the palm groves - a wide variety of fruit trees and plants will be on your way (doum palms - date palms etc ) . Return on board and relax as the boat gently sails for the evening stopover in Maniha.

Maniha Kom Ombo Daraw
Continue your journey to the site of Kôm Ombo, for a visit to its majestic temple, the sight of... see+ which will come as a pleasant surprise. Unique in the country, this temple is dedicated to two deities: Sobek, the crocodile god, and Haroëris, the falcon god. Take your time to admire its beauty! Afterwards, a change of scenery is guaranteed in the village of Daraw, undoubtedly one of the highlights of the trip. Stroll through the jumble of the popular market, where the colours and scents of the East and Africa combine to create a symphony for the eyes and nostrils!

Assouan Luxor
You will leave for the return journey to Luxor, where you will begin your visit with the Valley of... see+ the Kings, the eternal resting place of the pharaohs. We will then reach the majestic temple dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut, the only woman to have ascended the Pharaonic throne and the only one of its kind. Continuing on, two seated stone giants will emerge before us: these are the famous Colossi of Memnon, which ‘throne’ in the middle of cultivated land. Transfer to your hotel, the station or Luxor airport.
