The hill of the château also offers a very pleasant setting for a stroll. It's also the gateway to the old town, with its lively regional produce markets on the Cours Saleya.

On the Monte Argentario peninsula, you may have the opportunity to meet the fishermen of the Orbetello lagoon, a nature reserve, who perpetuate an ancestral fishing method, or to meet the local producers of wine, olive oil and cheese.
