Continue to the Salins du Midi, where a small train takes you to explore the salt flats and the famous pink-hued waters. Discover the work of the salt harvester and visit the Salt Museum to learn about traditional tools and history. Return on board for a free afternoon and evening.

Visit a manade with a horse-riding demonstration by "gardians," traditional herdsmen preserving medieval traditions. Afterward, savor local products with a gourmet pause.
Evening navigation to Sète. This land-sea journey offers views of Étangs de Pierre Blanche, Vic, and Ingril on one side and the Mediterranean Sea on the other. Sète may be replaced by Frontignan due to conditions.
