Departure by coach to Heidelberg, the city symbolizing German Romanticism. Meet your guides at Heidelberg Castle and discover the exterior of this magnificent partially ruined pink sandstone castle. Since the late 18th century, the castle's ruins have inspired painters and poets who saw it as a symbol of the grandeur and decay of human works. Goethe, Hölderlin, Uhland, and Eichendorff celebrated the castle’s landscape, while many painters chose it as a motif. Discover the geometric terraces of the Palatinate garden, the "Hortus Palatinus," once considered the "eighth wonder of the world." Continue the visit with your guides to the old town, where you’ll admire the Church of the Holy Spirit (exterior), built between 1398 and 1441, the burial place of the prince-electors.

Return on board in Nierstein and sail towards Rüdesheim, arriving in the afternoon. Optional excursions:

Authentic: Tourist train, wine tasting, and Mechanical Music Museum in Rüdesheim.
A ride on the tourist train through the Rüdesheim vineyards with commentary. Wine tasting in the historic cellars of Bassenheimer Hof, a 16th-century manor. Then head to Siegfried’s Mechanical Music Cabinet Museum, housed in a 15th-century building, featuring a remarkable collection of mechanical musical instruments from the 18th to 20th centuries.

Experience: Hike through the Rüdesheim vineyards from Niederwald Monument to St. Hildegard Abbey.
Take the cable car from central Rüdesheim to the Niederwald monument, offering stunning views over the town, vineyards, and the Rhine. Then hike through the vineyards to the Abbey of St. Hildegard, built between 1900 and 1904. Free visit of the abbey and return to the boat on foot through the vines.

In the evening, the famous Drosselgasse awaits with its many wine taverns and live bands.

Morning sailing on the romantic Rhine toward Cologne.
A river steeped in history, the Rhine... see+ captivates with its many legends—including that of the Lorelei and her famous rock—its vineyards, and numerous castles that you’ll glimpse along the way. Arrival in Cologne in the mid-afternoon. Free time or a guided discovery of Cologne's Old Town with the onboard entertainment team. You’ll see the colorful houses along the Rhine, the town hall, and the Romanesque Church of St. Martin. The narrow, cobbled streets lead to lively squares such as the Old Market Square. You’ll also notice the cathedral (exterior), an excellent example of Gothic religious architecture. Return on board for dinner. Night navigation toward Amsterdam. Gala evening on board.

Depart on foot from the ship to our bike rental partner. Cycling is a way of life in Amsterdam. With an extensive network of bike paths—one of the largest in Europe—you'll be guided on a 2.5-hour tour through the canals and hidden, offbeat spots known only to locals, offering an immersive experience of the capital.

Free morning in Amsterdam.
In the afternoon, optional authentic/experience excursion: Volendam and... see+ Zaanse Schans. Departure by coach with your guide to Volendam, a charming fishing village on the shores of the IJsselmeer, where some locals still wear traditional costumes. You will visit a cheese factory (in or near Volendam) to discover how the famous round Dutch cheese, Gouda, is made. Offered in various flavors and ages, you'll have the chance to taste it. Then, head to Zaanse Schans, an open-air museum. Since the 1950s, regional buildings from the 17th and 18th centuries have been moved here and assembled into a village along the Zaan River. Discover the making of the famous Dutch wooden clogs and their history dating back to 1200. This excursion offers a glimpse of authentic Holland and its traditions.
Return on board and departure for a cruise to Wijk bij Duurstede. Overnight stop.

The most famous flower park in the world, it symbolizes the cultural importance of flowers and the floral industry in the Netherlands. You will visit this paradise at your own pace. Formerly the estate of the castle of the same name, the current springtime layout of Keukenhof was created in 1949 by flower bulb growers. Its flowerbeds brighten the park with vivid colors and offer visitors stunning floral creations to admire along the way. You will be enchanted by the colors and fragrances of tulips, daffodils, jonquils, and other bulb flowers.

After crossing the border between the Netherlands and Belgium, we... see+ will sail up the Scheldt River to the port of Antwerp, the second largest port in Europe after Rotterdam.
Arrival in Antwerp early in the afternoon.
Discover Antwerp's old town accompanied by our entertainment team. You will see, among other things, the Butchers' Hall, the Grand Place with its Town Hall blending Gothic and Renaissance styles, and the impressive Cathedral of Antwerp — a lace-like stone masterpiece that took nearly two centuries to complete.

Departure by coach for a guided tour of the city. Amsterdam is one of the world's most extraordinary small cities. From its canals and world-famous museums to its many sights and historical treasures, Amsterdam is one of Europe's most romantic and surprising... see+ capitals. Stop at the Riecker Mill, a windmill located on the banks of the Amstel River to the south of the city. The mill was built in 1636 in the village of Sloten. Pumping of the polder water was taken over by an electric pumping station in 1932, and the mill was subsequently dismantled when the polder was dug up to create, among other things, Lake Het Nieuw Meer. In 1961, the mill was re-erected some 8 kilometers away on the banks of the Amstel, between the Kalfjeslaan and Borcht roads. The banks of the Amstel at this point are much frequented by tourists and walkers, and it's a prime location for an old Dutch windmill. A statue of Rembrandt has been erected next to the windmill as a reminder that the painter drew many pictures on the banks of this river. Then visit the famous flower market. You'll find thousands of fresh flowers, as well as bulbs of the famous tulip (with the gouda ball, probably the best idea for a souvenir gift), shrubs, plants... The countless varieties will make you dizzy. Return by coach.

Visit to Keukenhof Floral Park
Departure by coach for Keukenhof Floral Park, accompanied by the boat's guide. On arrival, the hostess will give you an entrance ticket, and you can stroll at your own pace through the 32-hectare park's flower beds. Let yourself be charmed by the colors and... see+ fragrances of tulips, narcissi, daffodils and other bulbous flowers. Pass through the pavilion dedicated to orchids or the Japanese-inspired garden... Don't forget to discover a mill dating from 1892, at the far end of the park, from which you'll have a breathtaking view of the tulip fields...
In the 15th century, the current Keukenhof estate was a hunting ground. Aromatic herbs were also grown here for the kitchens of Jacqueline of Bavaria's castle, hence the name Keukenhof (kitchen garden).
