Vientiane Mekong
You will be picked up between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. in Vientiane before being welcomed on the... see+ side of our charming river cruise. Settle into your cabin and get ready for six days of exploration and discovery. In case of low water levels, you will spend the first night in a hotel located in the heart of the capital.
In the afternoon, we will set off to discover the iconic treasures of Vientiane, including the emblematic Pha That Luang stupa, a true architectural masterpiece and symbol of Laotian cultural heritage, as well as the historic Ho Phra Keo temple. The imposing Patuxai monument, often referred to as the Arc de Triomphe of Vientiane, proudly symbolizes the city's unique charm. In the evening, you will return to the boat, where you can relax on the spacious decks or in the lounge. A refined dinner, combining Asian and European flavors, will round off this first day.

Mekong
Today marks the beginning of your unforgettable journey on the Mekong River. During the day, you... see+ will gradually travel upriver and pass through some of the most breathtaking landscapes the region has to offer. As we gradually make our way up the river, you will be amazed by the wild beauty of the landscapes passing before your eyes. In case of low water levels, this stage will be partially done by land and on the side of the long traditional Laotian boat, offering an authentic immersion. Enjoy the moment on the open deck or pamper yourself with soothing treatments in the onboard spa. In the afternoon, we will sail through unspoiled nature before dropping anchor in a peaceful spot for the night. Throughout the trip, your cruise director will share fascinating stories about the history, culture, and diversity of the peoples who live along the Mekong River.

Mekong Salakham
As we travel down the river, the landscape changes: the mountains give way to flatter terrain and... see+ the Mekong widens, revealing fascinating rock formations. You will witness a spectacular demonstration of our captains' skill as they expertly guide the boat through the turbulent waters of this section of the river.
Early in the morning, we will reach the trading town of Salakham, known for its timber and spice trade. During a stroll through the bustling market, you will immerse yourself in the bright colors, lively sounds, and intense aromas of local trade and craftsmanship. Back on the side of the boat, we will pass a golden statue of Buddha perched on a hill, marking the beginning of Thailand along the river.
