Tromso
Set against snow-covered mountains, the lively city of Tromsø is the perfect place to embark on an... see+ adventure. It has served as a base for many historic Arctic expeditions, including those of Roald Amundsen, and its location 400 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle has earned it the nickname "Gateway to the Arctic."
If you arrive early in Tromsø, we recommend exploring the city before boarding your cruise. This time of year is enchanting, with lively Christmas markets, cafés serving gløgg (mulled wine), and sparkling lights in every window. From the Fjellheisen cable car, you’ll have an unbeatable view of the snow-covered city and its festive decorations. Don’t miss visiting the impressive Arctic Cathedral, featuring a huge stained glass window. For those seeking a bit more adventure, we invite you to take a look at our pre-program!

Tromso Lyngen
Over the next seven days, we will explore four distinct regions, each offering exceptional... see+ characteristics and unique beauty. The first region we will likely visit is Lyngen.
The picturesque region of Lyngen is a landscape of snow-covered, rugged mountains, and a paradise for winter activities. The Lyngen fjord stretches over 160 km. We will spend the day discovering nature through hiking, snowshoeing, and, weather permitting, kayaking.
Later, we will take time to enjoy a truly convivial moment. After this active day, we will gather on the beach to enjoy the warmth of a campfire. With hot drinks in hand and Norwegian dishes prepared by our onboard chefs, you will truly feel in harmony with nature. If we're lucky, the Northern Lights may offer us a spectacular show.
Please note that this is a week of exploration, and the actual itinerary may vary from the program outlined above.

Lyngen Senja
Often referred to as "Norway in miniature," Senja is the second-largest island in Norway. With its... see+ rugged mountains, sandy beaches, dark forests, and idyllic fishing villages, you’ll understand why it earned this name. Reindeer roam freely across the island, so stay alert to spot them!
We will visit a local community and experience warm Scandinavian hospitality. Discover Sámi culture and life in the isolated villages during the winter months.
During this Christmas season, we will sometimes navigate in darkness and twilight throughout the day, but this will only enhance our experience, with snow-covered landscapes illuminated by the low sun and starlight.
Please note that this is a week of exploration, and the actual itinerary may vary from the program outlined above.

Vesterålen Lofoten
Sailing from Vesterålen to Svolvær, we hope to cross the Raftsunde Strait to reach the... see+ Trollfjord, passing between towering cliffs. We’ll be so close to the shores that you'll enjoy stunning views from the deck and feel as though you could touch them!
In winter, the Lofoten Islands transform into a snow-covered wonderland. Narrow fjords, hidden between towering mountains and picturesque fishing villages, are ideal destinations for a small ship. Embark on a fishing trip in Svolvær or relax in a traditional Nordic sauna before taking an exhilarating polar plunge that will surely rejuvenate you!
Discover Svolvær as our ship arrives late at night. It’s a small town, but it’s the largest in the archipelago. You’ll find a few welcoming restaurants and bars if you’re in the mood for a snack or a Lofoten beer. As Christmas approaches, the streets and homes are adorned with beautiful lights, a perfect opportunity for a stroll and to soak in the festive atmosphere.

Lofoten
In Norway, Christmas Eve is the first day of Christmas, or Jul, as the Norwegians say. We will... see+ enjoy a beautiful day of sailing around the Lofoten Islands, looking for landing spots to get closer to nature, perhaps on a snow-covered beach! We may venture out on our small expedition boats to explore the remote islands or even bring out the kayaks.
Later, aboard the ship, you’ll feel the Christmas spirit all around you. Decorations, Christmas carols, stories, hot chocolate, and gløgg: is there a better place to be during this special time of year? In the evening, you’ll enjoy a special Norwegian-themed dinner, the julebord, and the festivities will continue.

Lofoten At sea - Norway
Today is Christmas Day, and we will continue to enjoy the unique festive atmosphere aboard, but... see+ with an extra dose of adventure. On the way back to Tromsø, we will stay sheltered in the deep fjords, discovering a new island or mountain at every turn. Along the way, we have plenty of time to spot landing sites aboard our expedition boats, take walks in nature, and participate in other activities.
The landscape remains breathtaking as we travel through the inner waters, with the magical winter light gently playing on the sea and mountains. We are also navigating in waters where we have a very high chance of spotting whales. On board, you can admire the Arctic scenery from the ship, and perhaps enjoy another cinnamon bun or a cup of hot chocolate while the stunning Arctic landscapes unfold before you.
Please note that this is a week of exploration, and the actual itinerary may vary from the program outlined above.
