Colón is Panama's second-largest city, located... see+ at the entrance to the Panama Canal on the Caribbean side. Today, it is a major commercial port, and the creation of the free trade zone in 1953 has contributed greatly to the city's growth. The city was founded in 1850 by Americans working on the railroad linking the Atlantic and Pacific coasts of the Isthmus of Panama, and quickly surpassed other older Caribbean ports when the canal opened.

Named the “beautiful port” by Christopher Columbus, who discovered it in 1502, this beautiful, tranquil bay was one of the most important ports for the shipment of precious metals from the New World to Spain. Don't miss a visit to its fortifications, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. From its colonial past, the city has preserved strong religious and cultural traditions, such as the veneration of the Black Christ and a deep-rooted Afro-Caribbean culture. Congo ceremonies re-enact the history of Spanish domination of black slaves through folk dances and music.

Enjoy a moment of relaxation on a private beach on Mayreau Island and indulge in a barbecue with local flavors. Turquoise waters, fine sandy beaches fringed by majestic palm trees, a favorite playground for many species of colorful fish... let yourself be... see+ seduced by the paradisiacal scenery of Mayreau Island. In this unspoilt sanctuary, admire the depths of the Caribbean Sea, discovering a rich marine fauna, relax on one of the deckchairs of this private beach facing this tropical decor and enjoy, with your feet in the sand, the various specialties and other fish that will be offered to you during a barbecue with Caribbean flavors, to the rhythm of the sounds of local percussion groups. You'll also enjoy a moment suspended in the heart of Grenadian culture at a traditional folk dance performance, in which you'll have the chance to take part and learn a few moves. We recommend that you bring beachwear and sun protection. Pre-bookings open approximately 2 months before departure and up to 7 days before the start of the cruise, subject to availability.

From the dock, you'll board a motorboat and begin your panoramic journey around the islands of Les Saintes. The Saintes archipelago comprises nine islands divided between Terre-de-Haut and Terre-de-Bas. Your exploration begins in the bay of Marigot,... see+ frequented mainly by fishermen, before moving on to the îlet à Cabrit and other îlets further south. You'll skirt the south coast of Terre-de-Haut before heading for the small uninhabited island of Grand Ilet, a paradise for turtles and seabirds. After a stopover at La Coche, you'll sail to Terre-de-Bas, where you can see an ancient pottery and the turtles and pelicans that call the island home. Once back in Terre-de-Haut, you'll head for the Pain de sucre, a geological formation formed by a basaltic flow. Here you can enjoy free time for swimming, snorkeling and refreshments, before returning to the dock and your ship. This tour involves very little walking. We advise you to bring comfortable non-slip shoes, wear your bathing suit under your clothes, take a towel and a bottle of water from the ship, and protect yourself from the sun. A mask and snorkel will be provided. Refreshments are included in your tour. The boat is equipped with a removable roof and bathing ladder, but no toilet. Passengers must be able to get on and off the boat without assistance. Wildlife observation is not guaranteed. This tour is limited to 12 participants. Pre-bookings open approximately 2 months before departure and up to 7 days before the start of the cruise, subject to availability.
