The Andalusian capital exudes joy and liveliness in every street and square of its old town. It's the heart of Andalusia that beats in Seville, heir to its rich past and many architectural gems.

Morning optional excursion: Seville. Depart by coach for the Plaza de España, Spain's homage to America. Admire the white mosaics representing the Spanish provinces and the four bridges crossing the canal, representing the four ancient kingdoms of Spain. Continue on to the Santa Cruz district, with its typically Sevillian flower-filled patios, the old Jewish quarter renowned for the charm of its steep streets and shady squares. Then discover the Alcazar, a veritable oasis in the heart of Seville, with its palaces and extraordinary gardens where generations of monarchs have left their mark. Finally, you'll reach the cathedral, still one of the largest Gothic cathedrals in the world. Return on board in the late morning.

Morning optional excursion: Cadiz. Departure by coach for a panoramic tour of Cadiz. You'll get a... see+ glimpse of the city's rich culture and history, as well as the beauty of its bay. You'll also visit the cathedral, a magnificent Baroque and neoclassical edifice.
Back on board, lunch on the cruise to El Puerto de Santa Maria (El Puerto de Santa Maria can be replaced by Cadiz), which we reach in the early afternoon.
Optional excursion: visit to a bodega and wine tasting. Departure on foot to a bodega. Tasting of 3 wines accompanied by tapas. You'll start your tour at the San Sebastian fortress, at one end of La Caleta beach, where you'll also find the lighthouse. You'll then make your way to the picturesque La Vina district before reaching the cathedral. Built over a mosque, the structure of the former collegiate church of San Salvador features Baroque and neoclassical elements. Return on board.
Afternoon sailing on the Guadalquivir towards Seville. The river flows through Spain's southernmost valley, Andalusia. It crosses it from east to west, from the Sierra de Cazorla, where it rises, to the Atlantic Ocean in the Gulf of Cadiz.
