Hô Chi Minh My Tho
In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic drive from Ho Chi Minh City to My Tho port, South Vietnam. From... see+ there, you will begin your journey aboard the luxurious cruise ship. After settling into your well-appointed cabin, that evening, following a welcome reception, safety briefing, and introduction to key members of our crew, a delicious Vietnamese ‘Mekong Delta’ welcome dinner is served in the dining room.

My Tho Quoi Son Cho Lach
Climb aboard the sampan and sail through small canals hauled in by water palms and apple mangroves.... see+ After disembarking, enjoy a stroll through the tropical fruit plantations. Then, board a Lambro 550 to visit a local coconut candy factory and observe traditional coconut crafts. Then, watch local beekeepers tending to their hives and take the opportunity to taste fresh honey, honey tea, and tropical fruits while enjoying "Don Ca Tai Tu" folk music. Continue with a leisurely stroll to the canals, where rowboats await to take you along the waterways, offering views of birds and village life, before returning to the ship by sampan. The cruise departs Quoi Son at 11:00 a.m. and arrives at Cho Lach around 2:30 p.m.
Embark on the sampan for a short trip to Cho Lach to observe the process of making flower pots, from shaping the molds to the finished painted objects. Continue with a walk in the countryside to meet local farmers in the fields and learn about grafting tropical shafts. Stroll leisurely through the village before visiting a local home to see how bamboo fish traps are made and how they are used to catch fish and shrimp. Then, return to the ship by sampan. The cruise departs Cho Lach at 5:00 p.m. and water-jets close-hauled near Gieng Island at 10:00 p.m.

Cho Lach Gieng Island Long Thuan
Cu Lao Gieng, known as "Mango Island," is a charming little island along the upper Mekong River,... see+ untouched by tourism and renowned for its mango farms.
Visiting this peaceful island offers an interesting glimpse into its nature, architecture, and local life. The excursion, partly by sampan and partly by remork, includes four stops: the bamboo basket-making village, an old French-style house, a mango farm, and the Catholic church on Gieng Island.
The tour begins with a visit to the bamboo basket-making village to discover this ancestral craft passed down from generation to generation. Next, take a stroll along the mango tree-lined roads with opportunities to take photos. A stop is planned at a mango farm to taste fresh fruit. The next stop is at the island's most beautiful colonial Catholic church. Before returning to the cruise, guests will have the opportunity to visit one of the oldest houses on the island, which still retains its French architecture. The cruise departs Gieng Island at 11:00 a.m. and arrives in Long Thuan around 2:30 p.m.
(2:30 p.m.) In the afternoon, board the sampan for a cruise on a small canal with the side of the boat hauled in by hundreds of fish farms in the village of Long Thuan. You will walk to the Taoist temple where we will make a voluntary donation and where local Taoist monks will predict our future. After visiting the temple, you will discover the beautiful and peaceful surrounding countryside. Before returning to the sampan, guests will visit a local house to learn how to make a Unicorn and watch a Unicorn dance. The cruise departs Long Thuan around 5:00 PM and arrives in the border area around 7:30 PM. After dinner, guests will gather in the Lounge to enjoy a music quiz and dance party.

Long Thuan Phnom Penh
This morning we sail upstream to enjoy a leisurely cruise and taking in the sights along the Mekong... see+ river reaching Phnom Penh in late afternoon. Some cultural activities are planned on board (introduction of tropical fruits and fruit tasting, demonstration of Vietnamese spring roll making, introduction of traditional Cambodian costumes). In the evening, before dinner, there is a cocktail and sabering time hosted by our Captain.
