Yacht charter
The RM shipyard in La Rochelle was taken over by the Grand Large Yachting group in 2020 and is now called RM Yachts. Although it is still too early for the Grand Large group to announce a strategy to get the company back on track after its receivership in 2018, it is suspected that RM will benefit from the group's experience. Indeed, the director of the Grand Large group, Xavier Desmarets, has taken over many well-known brands such as Outremer, Garcia and Alumarine. This acquisition is therefore a very good thing for the renewal of the RM Yachts brand.
