For those who like crowds, the beach of Lido San Giovanni awaits you in the city center, offering shallow, warm waters, perfect for families, and home to numerous restaurants, bars and kiosks.
Surfers quickly set their sights on the wind-swept beaches of Porto Ferro and Poglina, both of which are distinguished by the color of their sand. on horseback, between Alghero and Sassari, the beach of Porto Ferro reveals immense reddish dunes, while the sand of the beach of Poglina, located near Villanova Monteleone, is amber in color.
