Assouan Daraw
Your journey begins with a pick-up at 9:00 a.m. from any address of your choice in Aswan. You’ll... see+ be met by your representative and transferred to the embarkation point for your Dahabieh cruise. After a warm welcome from the crew, the boat sets sail toward a peaceful island where you’ll enjoy a relaxing walk through the tranquil countryside, as you continue sailing toward Daraw. The day ends with dinner on board and your first overnight stay on the calm waters of the Nile.

Daraw Kom Ombo Gebel Silsileh
After breakfast on board, set out to explore Egypt’s only double temple at Kom Ombo, uniquely... see+ dedicated to two gods: Sobek, the crocodile god, and Haroeris, the falcon-headed deity. With its symmetrical design of twin entrances and sanctuaries, the temple offers a fascinating glimpse into ancient Egyptian dual worship. Return to the boat for lunch as the Dahabieh sails to Gebel el-Silsila. In the afternoon, visit the ancient sandstone quarries and rock-cut chapels carved into the cliffs, once used for the construction of Egypt’s greatest temples. Dinner is served on board, followed by a peaceful overnight stay anchored near this historic site.

Begin your day with breakfast, either in a local home or on board, before exploring Bisaw Island... see+ and its village. Stroll through the community, meet local residents, and discover daily life in a traditional Egyptian setting. As the Dahabieh continues its journey, relax on the sundeck and enjoy the tranquil Nile scenery. Upon arrival in Edfu, visit the remarkably preserved Temple of Horus, dedicated to the falcon god. The temple’s inner walls are entirely covered in inscriptions, forming a stone-carved library of ancient knowledge. Lunch is served on board as the boat continues to a quiet island on the Nile. End the day with a magical dinner around a campfire, followed by another peaceful night on board.

This morning marks the end of your Dahabieh journey. After a final breakfast on board, disembark in... see+ Esna and enjoy a comfortable transfer to any address in Luxor. The drive takes approximately one hour (45 km), with arrival around 11:00 a.m. You leave the Nile behind with unforgettable memories of timeless landscapes, ancient temples, and serene sailing.
