Sail to Aswan. In the evening, enjoy a Sound and Light show at the Temple of Philae. Dedicated to... see+ Isis, the goddess of love, the Temple of Philae is one of the most beautiful and best preserved in the country. It is located on a small island accessible only by boat, which gives it a great deal of charm. The temple of Philae is of particular importance to the Egyptians. According to legend, King Osiris was killed by his brother, who scattered his body throughout the country. His wife, Isis, recovered the remains and took refuge on the island of Philae to rebuild the temple.
