Strasbourg Cochem
Coach transfer to Cochem (meet at 7.30 a.m. at Strasbourg river station and the bus leaves at 8... see+ a.m). Lunch in restaurant (or on board). Free time in Cochem. Boarding at 6 pm. Introduction to the crew and welcome cocktail. Dinner on board followed by a lively evening.

Authentic : guided walking tour of Cochem. Depart the ship on foot with... see+ your guide to discover the charming village of Cochem, the pearl of the Moselle. The tour begins in the Cond district, a former fishing village that became part of the town of Cochem in 1927. Here, you'll catch a glimpse of the imperial castle, the Reichsburg. Your guide will take you on a stroll through the narrow streets, where you'll discover picturesque half-timbered houses, St. Martin's church, the Capuchin convent, the market square, ...

Experience : panoramic tour of Cochem. Set off on foot along the Moselle before crossing the bridge to explore Cochem's old town through its picturesque alleyways. Admire the charming half-timbered houses, St. Martin's church, the Capuchin convent and the market square. As you leave the town in the midst of the peaceful countryside and forest, the path takes you up to the castle overlooking the town, from where you can appreciate the magnificent panorama of Cochem and the Moselle. On the way down, we pass the Tummelchen, with its view of the castle, before returning to the upper town.

Sail to Alken on the Moselle.
Optional excursion Authentic / Experience : Thurant Castle. Departure by coach from Alken to Thurant Castle in the Moselle Valley. The symbol par excellence of this region, partly built on Roman foundations, Thurant castle is one of the oldest in the Moselle region. It was named in memory of the occupation of the fortress of Thuron in Syria during the Crusades by Count Palatine Henri, brother of King Otto VI, who had it built in 1197 on his return from the Crusades. During the War of the Palatine Succession (1688-1697), most parts of the castle were destroyed by French troops. The castle was rebuilt in the 20th century. The terrace offers an unforgettable view of the Moselle.

Koblenz Boppard Rudesheim
Sailing to Boppard. Free time or explore the town with our animation team. Boppard is a town whose... see+ history goes back to the time of the Roman Empire. Here you'll find relics from that era, as well as beautiful churches.

Sail to Rüdesheim in the romantic Rhine valley, past the legendary Loreley Rock.

Free time OR optional excursion AUTHENTIC / EXPERIENCE: mini-train ride, wine tasting and visit to the Mechanical Music Museum in Rüdesheim. Departure by tourist train for a guided tour of the Rüdesheim vineyards. Wine tasting in the historic cellars of Bassenheimer Hof, a 16th-century stately home. Then on to the Siegfrieds Mechanisches Musikkabinett museum, housed in a historic 15th-century building. It houses an impressive collection of mechanical musical instruments, one of the largest and most beautiful collections from the 18th to the 20th centuries.

In the evening, the famous Drosselgasse awaits you, with its numerous dance halls and bands.

Early morning arrival in Mainz.
Optional excursion authentic / experience : guided tour of Mainz... see+ and the Gutenberg Museum(3). Accompanied by your guides, you'll visit the city of Mainz, located on the banks of the Rhine and facing the mouth of the Main. You'll have the opportunity to enter the thousand-year-old cathedral, whose construction began in 975. You'll then stroll through the streets of the Old Town towards Gutenberg Square. Finally, you'll visit the Gutenberg Printing Museum(3). Johannes Gensfleisch Gutenberg was born in Mainz between 1394 and 1400, and is recognized throughout Europe as the inventor of movable type printing.
